My journey began behind the bar, but it’s always been about more than just the drinks. It’s about honoring the legacy of those who came before me, celebrating the mentors, family, and friends who poured into my path, and crafting moments that leave a mark of their own.

Special thank you to my Abuelita (grandmother), Leanor, who sacrificed everything to build roots in the U.S., ultimately choosing Kansas City. She is the most resourceful, creative, and artistic person I will ever know. I’m forever grateful for teaching me how to trust my creative intuition.
